Technofun 2016 organized at GNINagpur: Guru Nanak Institutions recently organized Technofun-2016 at its Campus, Dahegaon, Kalmeshwar Road, Nagpur. The idea behind Technofun was to give students from polytechnic background a practical exposure about an overview of engineering and learn with fun experience. The program was inaugurated by hands of Patrons of the event.

Tanpreet Kaur Tuli, MD GNI and Dr. Sanjeev Shrivastava CEO, GNI. The other dignitories who were present during the event were Dr. N. V. Deshpande, Principal GNIET and Dr. N. Kanhe Principal GNIT. The event consisted of poster making , LAN gaming, Breadboard, Coding, scrabble games etc. The Technical Workshop on E-Skill development in the field of CSE, IT, EE, Mechanical and Civil engineering branches was the main key attraction of the event.

Tanpreet Kaur Tuli enthusiastically encouraged the students to learn with fun prospect and experience the best of everything. The convener of the event was Prof. Sudhir Shelke, HOD, ETC GNIET and Dr. Hema Kale , HOD, ETC, GNIT whereas the Co-conveners of the event were Prof Rajendra Bhombe HOD EE GNIET and Prof Reena Thakur, HOD CSE GNIT. The event recieved a footfall more than 800 students from Nagpur and other outskirt region.

The winners of coding, breadboard, LAN gaming and poster presentation competition were Atharva Saoji, Aman Jadhav, Rohini Shakburkar, Sneha Talewar. Dr Kirti Doshetwar and Prof Kalyani Dubey hosted the event. The events were coordinated by Prof. Deepak Deshpande, Prof. Ashutosh Lanjewar, Prof. Rajendra Katole, Prof. Sandeep Somkuwar, Prof. Piyush Anjankar and Prof. Rohit Naidu and their team who put their heart and soul to make the event a great success under the able guidance of the management.
