Nagpur: Taking a cue from the inspiring words “Blood donation is best donation” the Team Mahagenco donated a total of 907 bottles of blood at camps held at various units of the power generating company.
The Koradi unit donated 76 bottles, Paras 109 bottles, Khaparkheda 76 bottles, Bhusawal 252 bottles, Parli 62 bottles, Headquarters Mumbai 113 bottles, Nashik 96 bottles, Pophli 57 bottles, Uran 66 bottles of blood totaling 907 blood bottles were donated by Team Mahagenco.
The inspiring and unique venture was organized to to pay tributes to two employees of Chandrapur Thermal Power Station Pradeep Bardhamwar and Vitthal Dadmal who died ina road accident on January 22, 2017.
Among those who donated blood include Director of Mahagenco (Minerals) Shyam Wardhane.
