Responsible for achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the store.
Responsible for the achievement of store profitability targets.
Review and provide feedback on pricepoints, category performance, sales performance, product mix performance, inventories to optimize sales.
Work with the store staff to push the sales of weaker selling categories.
Maintain reports on sales and important store metrices of Gross margins, customer conversion ratios, sales per transaction, average selling price , markdown goods % etc.
Minimize shrinkage and ensure that the shrinkage numbers are well within the budgeted targets.
