Senior IAS officer Mahantesh Bilagi and two of his family members died after their car crashed into a median and veered off the road in Jewargi taluk of Kalaburagi district Tuesday evening. Mahantesh, 51, was managing director of Karnataka State Minerals Corporation and a 2012-batch officer.
