Nagpur: Sitabuldi police arrested a con woman hailing from Hyderabad for pushing a girl into flesh trade after luring her of a good job. The victimized girl, also of Hyderabad, has been rescued and sent to a remand home for protection.
According to police, the accused Hamida Rustam Khan (49), native of Hyderabad, lured the Hyderabad-based 24-year old girl of a dancing job in a club. With this luring word, the accused Hamida brought the girl to Nagpur. Once in the city, the girl was forcibly pushed into flesh trade. The spots of the “business” were a lodge near Jaistambh and a mall in Indora.
However, a man named Vishal Bhatia, resident of Naik Talao, Ganesh Mangal Karyalaya, was probably apprised by the victimized girl about her agony. In turn, Bhatia lodged a complaint with Sitabuldi police in this connection.

Acting on Bhatia’s complaint, cops initiated action and arrested the accused Hamida. She has been booked under Section 370 of IPC read with Sub-sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA).
