Shriram Life Insurance Group in association with Sanlam Ltd (South African-based insurer who has purchased 26 per cent in Shriram Capital Ltd, and become a partner of the company Shriram Group) had organized a programme called the Lakshya Star Club Membership. This is a programme to encourage and motivate the sales team to enroll more people and acquire more clients for the company.
Those sales executives, Area Managers and Sales Officers / Executives who had achieved the Lakshya Star Club Membership were recognized and felicitated so that others get encouraged.
The felicitation was held at one of the city hotels recently. The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the 5 Star achievers and the guests Sati Shingandhupe, Vishal Wahane, Rashmi Jain, Raipur Regional Head S P Roy, National Sales Head Arvind Shivhare, Vidarbha Regional Head Shriranjan Sawant. The guest who addressed the gathering included National Sales Head Arvind Shivhare, Vidarbha Regional Head Shriranjan Sawant and Raipur Regional Head S P Roy.
The Sales executives who achieve the target of Rs 5 lakhs and above including a certain minimum number of clients get the membership of the Lakshya 5 Star Members Club. In the financial year 2013-14, the sales executives of Vidarbha were adjudged as the Top Performers with the highest performance Pan-India.
During the programme, Lakshya 5-Star Club Members who had achieved their Lakshya (Target) were felicitated. This included Arvind Patil who got a business of Rs 12 Lakhs, Mahesh Ghodmare who got a business of Rs 5.25 Lakhs and Bhagwat Dhapade who got a business of Rs 5.50 Lakhs. Since these Sales Executives performed well from Vidarbha region, the Sales Head of Vidarbha lauded their efforts and felicitated.
The Lakshya Club also has the 4-Star, 3 Star, 2-Star, 1-Star etc. One gets to become a member of a particular Star club depending on the amount and the number of premiums he or she gets.
