India’s rural people have proved that ordinary people are indeed capable of extraordinary inventions. Despite many constraints of education and finance, most of them have succeeded in using technology cost-effectively to create ingenious products.

A unique exhibition aimed at highlighting rural talents was organized at Sanman Lawn. The expo ‘Shrinkhala 2017’ proved to be an apt platform for rural artisans. The event was organized by Janmanch Yuva, an organization formed under the banner of Janmanch.

The last day of the exhibition witnessed large number of foot-fall at the venue. The décor of the venue was decked up like a village; a beautiful hut was made up as a selfie booth, where people were clicking pictures with their friends and family members.

People were seen enjoying traditional mouth-watering Jhunka Bhakar, shopping and were simply enjoying the music performed by the young talents of the city. There were variety of stalls including Jewellery items, Cloths, Foodgrains and other food items. In sum, the perfect products at the exhibition left the visitors fascinated. The three-day event was indeed a treat to the Nagpurians.
