Nagpur: In an awful act of shame, a 70-year old man enticed a 7-year old girl, took her to his room and raped her on Sunday. The pervert man has been booked by Hudkeshwar police.
The evil-minded 70-year old man Neelkanth Devaji Chauhan, staying as tenant in the complainant’s house, took the 7-year old girl to his room around 5 pm on Sunday and fulfilled his lust. The heinous act of Neelkanth Chauhan came to the notice of the girl’s parents when she returned to home. Jolted to the core, the parents immediately approached Hudkeshwar Police Station and registered a case against the accused in this regard.
PSI Navghare, acting on the complaint, booked the accused Neelkanth Devaji Chauhan under Section 376 of IPC read with Sub-Sections 4, 6, 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and investigating the matter further.
