A case of robbery is reported from Gittikhadan police station area, at plot no. 14, Netaji Apartments, Housing Society Colony, Katol Road, Nagpur. On June 12, 2014 around 14-30 hours, when complainant, Prabhakar Parshuram Meshram, 75, was all alone in his house, two persons in age group of 35 came to his door and impersonated as bank officers and said that Madhuri’s loan account is overdue. After that, they asked for water and immediately pushed the complainant and tied him with clothes. Then they forcibly took a chain, mobile and cash collectively valued at Rs 48,500/
Police sub-inspector, Tasare of Gittikhadan has registered offence against unknown accused under sections 392, 34 of IPC.
