The RBI Governor stunned and most importantly was gratified having being asked a question so well informed, by a 13 year old. When RBI Governor, Raghuram Rajan, was addressing a group of students in Mumbai, a 13 year old school kid put forth him a wise question, which made him appreciate the kid.
