Kelvad/ Nagpur: Under the jurisdiction of Kelvad police station, at Nandori, 12 kms away from Kelvad, the police arrested a sand-thief, Prakash Radhakrishna Dhurve, 65, resident of Kothurna and seized a truck No. MH 40/ N-5215 carrying 02 brass load of unauthorised sand.
The seizure valued Rs 5,06,000 including Rs 6,000 (cost of sand).
Kelvad police have registered a case under section 379 IPC against the accused, and further investigation is underway.
