Salman Khan is rather a tough man and does not break down so easily! But that was bound to happen at the prayer meeting of Rajjat Barjatya, the cousin of film maker Sooraj Barjatya, who passed away on Friday. Salman could not control his tears and eventually sobbed down at the programme.
When Salman Khan entered the Rangasharda Auditorium around 4 pm on Sunday for a prayer meet for Rajjat Barjatya, a bhajan was being sung.The 50-year-old-actor stood patiently in a corner, with sister Alvira, for 20 minutes until the song ended, even though filmmaker Subhash Ghai nudged him to take a seat. When the bhajan was over, he walked towards the Barjatyas to pay his condolences. He shook hands with every member of the family. Last in the queue was Rajjat’s cousin and one of Sallu’s favourite directors, Sooraj Barjatya. Unable to control his emotions, Salman began to sob hugging his director/friend. Minutes later, the red-eyed actor got into his car and sped home.
