Nagpur: The working of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) seems to have improved with the results being declared within 30 days. It may be recalled that earlier often the results used to be delayed and various students organisation had even staged demonstrations. This had brought bad name to the varsity. But now that is not the case. The situation improved from April-May 2016 examinations as maximum results were declared within 30 days.
This year also the results have come soon. During the October-November nearly 1100 various faculties exams were held which include Arts, Commerce Science, engineering and others. Some exams are still going on. Some exams have practicals. Despite this Nagpur University has been able to declare the results of 354 facultieswithin 30 days. According to University administration, all 1100 faculty results will be out by December’s first week
No doubt the results were declared early but this time the students had to face problem because of the examination department. The identity cards carried wrong names of the students.
Talking of the results the Pro-Vice Chancellor Pramod Yawale said, practical exams and some other exams are still going and will be over by first week of December. The university will declare the results within 30 days, he said.
