In his valedictory speech Bhagwat said, “We are committed to bring about a new transformation in the society and in the entire world.” He added that people should take responsibility of development and betterment of the society. Just blaming the leaders or other people in the power will not solve the problem, he said adding that thought of “unity in diversity” plays a very important role in nation’s development. RSS is devoted to teach the lesson of unity, patriotism, responsibility towards the society and humanity said Bhagwat.
Shri Shri Ravishankar said, “This is the first time that I am participating in any function of RSS. I am happy and proud to see the discipline, love for the country and dedication towards serving the society in these swayamsewaks”.
Apart from gaining knowledge on organisational skills, swayamsevaks also learned yoga, niyuddh (art of weaponless fight) etc. Drills, physical education and lectures on Hindu values and traditions became the part of this training; newer topics like environment protection were also introduced before the swayamsevaks..
