Biscuit cake is basically a very time consuming dish with mixture of various biscuits all together. If you wish to avoid dedicating your entire day in cake making, here’s a recipe from Nagpur’s Hetal Sampat, a kind of cake which just needs 10 -15 minutes to get prepared.

2 minutes’ Biscuit cake

Ingredients :

–3 packets hide and seek biscuits

-2 packets parle G

-2.25 cups milk

-1/2 sachet of basic eno (no flavor)

Cooking time : 2 minutes

Baking time : 15 mins at 180 deg.

Method :

–Grind all the biscuits together.

-Add milk to form a paste.

-Grease a baking dish with oil and flour.

-Pour the ingredients in the baking dish and add Eno.

-Mix well and keep it for baking at 180 deg.
