Rashly driven truck ruins roadside house, two young girls seriously hurt

The incidents of road accidents are rising rapidly in Nagpur. The reasons being given are, negligence, lack of responsibility or whatever. But, for those who get hurt or lose life, logic does not matter.

On Monday morning around 4-15 when Pathrabe family, father, Udaramji Mahadeo Pathrabe, 65 and his two daughters, Reena,23 and Manjusha,25, was fast asleep a rashly driven truck, MH 30/L/4899 ruined to pieces, a wall of their house and gave a earthquake like jolt.
Pathrabe’s daughters were caught beneath the debris and were serious injured. They have been admitted to a private hospital.

It is only due to help of neighbours that the daughters could be searched from vast debris.
The possibility of conspiracy cannot be ruled out as Pathrabe family had some property dispute.
Taking advantage of the dawn darkness, the truck driver managed to flee from the spot.
The total damage caused to the property is reported to be in the range of Rs 500,000/.
On the complaint of Udaramji Pathrabe, police sub-inspector, Raut of Nandanvan police station has registered the case under sections 279, 337, 338, 427 of IPC and sections 134, 177 of Motor Vehicles Act.
