Nagpur: In a significant operation, the Social Security Department of the Crime Branch conducted a raid in the Ganga Jamuna area of the city. During the raid, police rescued a minor girl and two women victims.
The operation was carried out within the jurisdiction of the Lakadganj Police Station. In this action, the police arrested two women agents. The arrested individuals have been identified as Deepa Raju Kanchan (50 years) and Neelam alias Guddi alias Kallubai Manish Dhanavat (55 years).

Both women are originally from Madhya Pradesh but currently reside in the Ganga Jamuna area. The police seized material worth ₹32,240 from the possession of the accused women. The arrested women have been handed over to the custody of Lakadganj Police. Charges have been filed against the accused under BNS sections 143, 3(5) and sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of the PITA Act.
