Congress president Rahul Gandhi visited ailing former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi.
Vajpayee, who has been ailing for long, was today admitted for a routine check-up and investigations, the Bharatiya Janata Party said in a statement.
The 93-year-old leader will be under the supervision of AIIMS Director Randeep Guleria, it said, adding that he has been admitted on doctors’ advice.
