Nagpur News: MM Rabbani High School and Junior College tharshed Anjuman High School and Juinior College, Nagpur, 6-5 via sudden death to win Divisional Football championship organised by District Sports Officer Chandrapur.
Both teams were failed to break the deadlock till the final whistle and were 5-5 in the tie breaker. After Anjuman High School failed to score at sudden death, Sohail Akhtar capitalised the oppotunity and scored goal to take his team to title victory. Al-Faiz, Shadab Akhter, Jibaran Malik, Abdul Ahad and Arbaz Ansari scored for Rabbani School. Rabbani will now participate in the State-level tournament scheduled to be held at Thane.
