Nagpur : Sambhunagar F.C (Sambhunagar) team maintained its progress and qualified for the next round in the ongoing Zhopadpatti Football (North Division) tournament at jaripatka NIT, police station hudko colony ground organized by (Slum soccer) Krida vikas sanstha Sambhunagar F.C (Sambhunagar) defeated Legends F.C (Nirmal Nagar) 5 – 0 in a head-to-head match.
Prannoy, Raj Kerosia, Badal Khade, Sunil and Nayan Shukla scored the goals for the winning Sambhunagar F.C (Sambhunagar) team. In the second match, All Boys F.C (Kasturba Nagar) recorded a thrilling 3 – 0 win over Kamran F.C (Om Nagar). Aman Kanojia, Aman Nandeshwar and Piyush Madan scored goals for the winning team.
In another match, Rohan Football Club (Jaripatka) registered a 3-2 penalty shootout victory over Avengers Football Club (Mankapur). Suraj, Yash and Nayan from Rohan Football Club played a vital role in the team’s victory by scoring goals. Gaurav and Gladwin from Avengers Football Club scored the goals. In the previous match, Lucky Ansari of Al Muslimeen (Farooq Nagar) Football Club defeated ST Martin (Martin Nagar) by 1-0. Shubham Pandey, Harshal Sharma, Umesh Deshmukh, and Ajit Singh acted as umpires.
