Addressing the participants, Dr. Chaudhari emphasized that the lists must be prepared within the given timeline, ensuring proper coordination among officers. He instructed that planning and continuous review should be carried out, and doubts should be clarified with senior officials.
He also advised that if voters’ names appear in the wrong zones, coordination should be maintained with officers of other concerned zones, and if required, assistance from the central team should be sought. He stressed that the work must be done with full responsibility and seriousness. Senior officers with prior election experience were urged to guide their junior colleagues effectively.
Dr. Chaudhari also warned that strict action would be taken against any officer or employee found negligent in their duties. During the session, the nodal officer presented a computerized overview of the training process, while Additional Commissioner Mrs. Vijaya Bankar also provided guidance to the attending staff.
