Pranik Meditation is the way for Stress Free Life

Nagpur Today: Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Center, Nagpur, organized a meditation session for the denizens of Nagpur, “Meditation for stress Relief” on March 19, 2014. It was a free meditation camp for the city people. Nagpurian’s participated in the session in large number and learned how one can get a stress free life with the help of Pranik Meditation.

In the current scenario and because of the full day demanding working culture every second person is suffering from stress. Mental, Physical and Emotional stress are the three type of stress and peoples are dealing with them on day to day basis. Pranik Meditation can help one to get rid of this stress. The stress affects the energy body and according to the founder of Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Center, Master Choa Kok Sui, Pranik Meditation helps in removing Negative Thoughts, Stress Energy and the Dirty Energy from our Energy Body.

Yoga Vidya Pranic instructor told the people present in the session that, MCKS meditation on stress relief is composed of highly advanced teaching and techniques which leads to Good Health, Stress Free Life, Harmonious Relationship and Improved Performance in work place. The instructors added that the Pranic Meditation helps to Recharge body hence helps in improving health. If the person is healthy he or she will be happy and will have the peace of mind. All these things leads to a better and stress free life.
