Powerless: ‘Batti Gul’ at Power Minister’s press meet!

New Delhi/Nagpur: Power minister Piyush Goel left red-faced on Friday when he was addressing a press conference in NDMC and suddenly the electricity supply cut down.

Goel who is the minister of State with Independent Charge for Power, Coal, New and Renewable Energy was highlighting the achievements of two years of Narendra Modi government.

This is the second time when Goel landed in the dock of embarrassment because of the power cut. The BJP minister mocked at the issue saying, “My wife says that in your every press confernce power cuts down, what is the reason behind it. However, I get the message that there is still much work to do.”
