The industries are given concession as an incentive and the concessional money will be compensated by giving State Government funds to the MSEDCL. However, the final decision will be taken by the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, clarified Bawankule.

The NIT authorities informed the Minister that this particular part has not been regularized.
