PMC Commissioner Pathak visits various NMC projects for likely implementation in Pune city

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Commissioner Mahesh Pathak visited the Civil Lines office of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and met the Commissioner Shyam Wardhane. The top PMC boss apprised himself of information by inspecting the various NMC projects that are likely to be implemented in Pune.

Pathak first visited Ramnagar Water Tank in Dharampeth Zone and sought details of 24×7 water supply scheme from the representative of Orange City Water Company. The PMC Commissioner then went to Jaitala Hingna and inspected the place given for the city bus service depot and got informed himself about the city bus service. Both the Commissioners then visited the Night Shelter in Sitabuldi and appreciated the arrangements there. After the visit to the Night Shelter, Mahesh Pathak inspected Bhandewadi Sewage Treatment Plant along with Wardhane and took down necessary notes.

During the visits of both PMC and NMC Commissioners, other officials who accompanied them include Mahagenco Chief Engineer Nafde, Deputy Chief Engineer Khobragade, NMC’s Superintending Engineer Prakash Urade, SMS Infrastructure’s Dahake, Dhantoli Zone’s Assistant Commissioner Mahesh Morone, Lakadganj Zone’s Assistant Commissioner Subhashchandra Jaideo, Executive Engineer Azizur Rehman, Orange City Water Company’s Rahul Kulkarni, NMC’s Sub-Divisional Engineer Shyam Chavan and others.
