Nagpur: Priyadarshini J. L. College of engineering (PJLCE) organized a workshop on “Industrial Robotics and Cloud Technology” in association with RTM Nagpur University’s Oberoi Center for Excellence(OCE).
The session was conducted by Anil Tatode, Training Officer at RTM Nagpur University’s Oberoi Center for excellence (OCE) in presence of all Hods and Faculties and Students of PJLCE.
The workshop streamlined by various terminologies like types of robots, clouds and its usage. A small video clip of application of robots in various industries, how a smart city would look like after implementation of robotics for various functions like garbage collection, traffic signaling, street light control etc. shown to get student’s ideas more clear. A question-answer session was conducted to satisfy the doubts of students.

Dr. A.M. Shende, Principal PJLCE motivated students regarding robotics and and Prof. V. P. Balpande, HOD CSE/IT guided the students regarding Robotics applications and implementation. Dr. P.V. Pokle, HOD EN/ETC felicitated the speaker. Prof. S. Gajbhiye, Prof. N. Sheikh, Prof. S. Tete and other faculty members worked hard to make the event successful.
