Under the national-level initiative Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha conducted by Quick Heal Foundation, the Cyber Warriors Club of Priyadarshini College of Engineering (PCE), Nagpur, successfully organized the Suraksha Bandhan event at the CRPF campus, Hingna.
During the program, Cyber Warrior girl students tied rakhis to CRPF jawans as a gesture of respect and solidarity. As part of the cyber awareness drive, they gifted the jawans the Anti-Fraud AI mobile application – a tool that helps track spam calls and verify digital payments, ensuring better personal and financial security. The team also provided tips and tricks related to cyber safety and answered queries from the jawans.
DIG Anil Kumar highlighted the importance of combining traditional values with modern-day safety, stating, “Raksha Bandhan is a festival of love and trust, and in today’s times, security – both physical and digital – is equally essential.” All the jawans actively participated in the event.
The initiative was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Bhagyashree Dharaskar, Associate Dean [Media] and Coordinator Cyber Warriors Club PCE and was led by Cyber Warriors Club officers – Manthan Tighare (President), Satya Bisen (Secretary), Danish Sheikh (Media Director) and Aditya Mishra (Activity Director).
