New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker OPPO launch the F9 Pro in India on Tuesday. OPPO`s new flagship smartphone comes with Gorilla Glass 6. In lab tests, Gorilla Glass 6 survived 15 drops from one metre onto rough surfaces whereas competitive glass compositions, such as soda lime and aluminosilicate, did not survive the first drop.
The F9 Pro with 6GB + 64GB variant comes at Rs 23,990. The first-ever sale of OPPO F9 Pro will begin on August 31 and Pre-order online on 21st August on Flipkart and all OPPO stores.
The Oppo F9 Pro comes with a 6.3-inch full HD plus display along with 19.5: 9 aspect ratio. The device comes with dual rear camera and 25MP selfie camera with AI Beautification 2.1. For selfie lovers, this phone has a 25 megapixel front camera along with artificial intelligence.
OPPOF9Pro is equipped with the upgraded ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8. The company claims that the VOOC Flash Charge facility in the phone allows 2-hour talk in a 5-minute charge. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that is expandable up to 256GB.
The phone comes in Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple colours.
As part of launch offer, Reliance Jio is offering Rs 1800 cashback (in the form of 36 vouchers of Rs 50).
Oppo said, every customer who has purchased and activated the phone during the first sale shall be eligible to avail the one-time screen replacement offer by paying just Rs 990 at the time of replacement. The offer can be availed within 365 days from the date of purchase.
