Nagpur: The 2nd Edition of ‘Officer’s Choice Blue Mirchi Top 20 LIVE’ saw Shalmali Kholgade enthrall music lovers with an electrifying performance in Nagpur.
The ‘Officer’s Choice Blue Mirchi Top 20 LIVE’ event brings to audiences India’s top music artists across 10 cities – Nagpur, Bhubaneshwar, Shillong, Ludhiana, Vijayawada, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Jamshedpur. The Live performances include Shalmali Kholgade, Sona Mohapatra, Parikrama, Mika, Kailasa, Papon, Haricharan, Gippi Grewal amongst others.
While speaking to Nagpur Today very briefly, leading playback singer Shalmali Kholgade who began her Bollywood playback singing career with the song “Pareshaan” for the film Ishaqzaade said that she would love to dabble with other genre of music too. However till now most of the music directors have made her sing the youthfull numbers only. She added that she has learnt Indian Classical Music and that her Guru includes her mother Uma Kholgade and Shubada Paradkar.
