Nagpur: A 19 year-old girl has lodged a complaint in Kotwali police station against one Rahul Rajendra Gore, 29 staying in her area, for outraging her modesty by uploading her photos on facebook without her permission. Thge police have registered an offence under section 354 of IPC.
In another such incident a 19 year-old girl lodged acomplaint against one Yogesh Rajendra Navale staying in her area, for following her in new Subheddar, near Nagoba Mandir coming under Sakkardara police station and allegedly outraging her modesty, hurling abuses at her and giving life threats. Sakkardara police have registered an offence under section 354(D), 5094, 508 of IPC.
