Nagpur News : Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce an apex body of Trade, Commerce & Industry of Vidarbha Region, had drawn the attention of Jairam Ramesh, then Hon’ble Minister of State for Environment & Forest, Government of India during his visit to Chamber in 2010 stating Zudpi Jungle laws should be implemented considering need based development & should not be hurdle for basic sustainable growth and appealed the Hon’ble Minister to have a clean & green India having sustainable & intrinsic growth, believing in “Vasudeva Kutumbakam” . NVCC thanks Jairam Ramesh to have initiated to find a solution to the long pending issue of the region.

Dipen Agrawal, President NVCC thanks Shri Veerapa Moily, Honorable Minister of Environment & Forest( MOEF) for de notifying 86409 hectares land of Zudpi Jungle of Vidarbha and also Prithviraj Ji Chavan, Chief Minister, Maharashtra for initiating & for making the historic announcement about de notification of Zudpi Jungle at Nagpur & Vidarbha, the denotification of zudpi jungle shall give a boost to region’s development. Irrigation projects, roads, industries & mining sectors would benefit & develop, states in a press note issued by Hemant Gandhi, Hon Secretary of the Chamber.
