No change in income tax slabs, tax rates!

In a big disappointment for salaried individuals, FM Sitharaman did not announce any change in income tax slabs for 2022-23. The income tax rates for 2022-23 were also not revised.

In what comes as a disappointment for salaried individuals, the Union Budget 2022-23 made no tax concessions. Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced no changes in income tax slabs or rates.
