Nagpur: The Market Department of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) will allot spaces to a total of 3634 hawkers at different locations. The allotment will be done for four days i.e on January 27, 28, 29 and 30. The zone-wise space is being allocated to the hawkers in accordance with National Ferivala Policy and marked by Town Vending Committee of NMC.
The zone-wise allocation is as follows: In Laxmi Nagar Zone – 244, Hanuman Nagar – 500, Nehru Nagar – 168, Satranjipura – 134, Lakadganj – 309, Ashi Nagar – 484, Dhantoli – 796, Mangalwari – 203, Dharampeth – 368 and Gandhibagh -406.
These 3634 hawkers will be allotted hawking space at different locations in the city.
