Nagpur: The NMC Contractors’ Welfare Association on Thursday felicitated Prakash Urade for being appointed the first Chief Engineer in Nagpur Municipal Corporation. President of the Association C Vijay Naidu offered floral bouquet and felicitated Urade.
Speaking on the occasion, Urade said that his initial training started right in the NMC school and in his journey to this prestigious post, his parents had a greater role. Naidu, while hailing the working style of Urade, said Urade Sir’s positive attitude has captured the hearts of all. Because of this positive attitude Urade has been successful in completing big projects. “It is very difficult to work in NMC. But Urade skillfully avoided any stigma to his pride and he respected all with same pride and glory,” said Naidu.
Others who were present on the occasion include Association Vice President Prakash Potpose, Secretary Sanjiv Chaube, members Vinod Durugkar, Dilip Rathi, Sharad Durugkar, Pervezbhai, Raju Vanjari, Narendra Hatwar, Rajkumar Bajaj and others in large numbers.
