Mumbai: Union minister and senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari on Monday blamed Congress-NCP for the water crisis in Marathwada and Latur, saying irrigation projects were only completed under the BJP government.
Addressing a rally in Maharashtra’s Latur, Gadkari said he would turn Marathwada into California if BJP is voted to power again.
