Nagpur: The Board of Directors of MSEB Holding Company on Tuesday appointed Neeta Kelkar as an Independent Director in the company. The decision was taken in a meeting, chaired by Energy Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, in Mumbai.
A native of Sangli, Kelkar is a Civil Engineer. She participates in a number of social ventures concerning issues of women. With the appointment of Neeta Kelkar, the vacant post of Independent Director in MSEB Holding Company has been filled up.
