Nagpur: Mahametro, the Nagpur Metro Rail Project has just taken another big move to affirm that the first trial run in city is very much closer. As many as three metro rail coaches have been reportedly dispatched from Hyderabad and will reach Nagpur in at least 3 days. The consignment was dispatched on Friday morning.
The trial run is scheduled on 5.6 km long elevated track from Khapri to airport station. The trial is expected to be around the first week of August.
The coaches once reach Nagpur, will be stationed in a depot at Khapri. The coaches are being reportedly brought under the monitoring of technical teams from Hyderabad and Nagpur.
