Nagpur: Justice R R Patare of District Sessions Judge court on Saturday sentenced a man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl under Pachpaoli jurisdiction to Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) for 20 years
The 37-year-old accused is a relative of the minor victim. The minor was alone at home the morning of May 14, 2019. Seeing this, the accused had raped the girl.

Pachpaoli police arrested the accused on May 15, 2019 and registered case against him under different sections of IPC and POCSO Act.
Investigating officer M N Raut had filed chargesheet in the court.
