Nagpur: The security arrangements deployed by the Nagpur City Police during the vote counting process for the Nagpur Municipal Corporation elections were carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in a highly disciplined manner.
Under the guidance of the Commissioner of Police, Nagpur City, Dr. Ravindra Kumar Singhal, strict vigilance was maintained at all counting centres, surrounding sensitive and highly sensitive areas, as well as across major traffic routes. Adequate police personnel were deployed at all locations to ensure seamless security and crowd management.
No untoward incidents were reported during the counting process, and law and order were maintained throughout. Police officers and personnel discharged their duties with utmost alertness, ensuring a calm and peaceful atmosphere during the entire exercise.
