Nagpur: Even before the Bombay High Court suspended the five-year jail and bailed out Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in hit-and-run case, an astrologer had in May 2014 predicted “Acche Din” and “great relief” for the beleaguered star.
The astrologer Abhishek Soni, in a programme telecast by India News Channel in May 2014, had predicted that Salman Khan would not have worry in the coming days. The prediction was in the context of the star’s trial in a 2002 hit-and-run case in which a person was killed and four others were injured when Sallu Bhai’s car ran over a pavement in Mumbai’s suburban area.
Prediction seemed to go haywire as a Sessions Court had found the star guilty and sentenced him to five-year jail. However, the Bombay High Court, first granted interim bail for two days and later after two days, suspended the jail term and granted a regular bail.
And thus provided Salman a great relief. The astrologer Abhishek Soni had also predicted in May 2014 itself “Acche Din” and “great relief” for the heartthrob of millions in the trial. Soni had also said that there will be no more pain in the life of the Bollywood superstar.
