Continuing his campaigning spree, Congress Candidate and serving MP Vilas Muttemwar from Nagpur Lok Sabha Seat marched in the localities of South West Nagpur on Monday. Being Minister of State in the Ministry of Rural Areas and Employment (Department of Rural Employment and Poverty Alleviation) from 1995 to 1996, he exercised his expertise to make his point for votes in his favour.
