Nagpur: NCP MLC and Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council Dhananjay Munde pushed the Fadnavis Government on the edge by claiming that they have exposed four scams perpetrated by four ministers of concerned departments. The departments are Education, Food and Civil Supplies, Agriculture, and Energy, alleged Munde while talking to media at Vidhan Bhavan premises.
“Tur Daal scam stands at Rs 4500 crore. The prices of the commodity were increased artificially. This price hike directly benefited the hoarders and the concerned department’s ministers,” charged the NCP leader.
Munde further said that in Energy Department, solar pump purchase scam was exposed. The amount involved in the scam could be in the range of Rs 200-300 crore. Similarly, a scam regarding purchase of photos of great personalities was committed in Education Department.

Moreover, irregularities were noticed in distribution of scholarships in Adivasi Department. One institute is the beneficiary of this scam. “The directors (management) of this institute allegedly gifted gold Ganesh idol worth Rs 7 lakh to the minister,” alleged Munde and added that proofs of these scams have been submitted in the House (Council).
