Mumbai: Fire Breaks Out in Two Garment Godowns in Gulab Shah Market in Kurla

Mumbai: Fire broke out in two garment godowns on Tuesday in Gulab Shah market in Kurla of Mumbai, reported a news agency PTI. No casualty or mishaps have been reported so far. The fire was confined to the godowns.

Continuous efforts are being made to douse the fire. Eight fire engines and water tankers have been rushed to put out the flames.

The godowns were located in a three structure building in Gulab Shah market in Kurla.

“Our fire brigade control got information about the blaze in a shop at 9.18 PM, following which fire brigade personnel and firefighting teams were rushed to the spot,” Mumbai fire brigade chief said P S Rahangdale told PTI.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
