Nagpur: State Energy Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule on Tuesday announced ex-gratia payment of Rs 12,500 to employees of MSEDCL, Mahagenco and Mahatransco. The contractual workers will receive Rs 6,000 as ex-gratia payment.
The announcement was made at a meeting held at Prakashgad Headquarters in Mumbai. Others present on the occasion include Principal Secretary (Energy), Mahagenco Managing Director Bipin Shrimali, MSEDCL Chairman and Managing Director Sanjiv Kumar, Mahatransco Managing Director Rajiv Kumar Mittal and office-bearers of various unions.
