The All India meet of Soni Officemate- the Marketing Division of M/s Soni Polymers Pvt. Ltd., was held recently on 21st April, 2017 at Hotel Hardeo, Sitabuldi, Nagpur. Around 100 All India Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, Sales Representatives & Dealers attended the Annual Conference. This year theme of conference was “Together Towards Tomorrow”.
It all started with lighting the traditional lamp followed by floral welcome of dignitaries – P. L. Soni (Chairman), Rahul Soni (MD) by Dr. S. G. Thombre (Director-Sales & Mktg.). The floral welcome was also extended to Sunita Soni, Sarika Soni, Anita Thombre, & Master Devansh Soni. Kaustubh Marathe-NSM made welcome speech.. Noor Bandelu (Sales Development Manager) who was MOC along with Ms. Nazmeen Sheikh (Sr. Executive Assistant),gave brief introduction of office staff & factory staff, which was followed by self introduction of all India field staff.
The marketing division celebrated 71st birthday of Chairman P. L. Soni. Thereafter the invited dealers were honored. Dr. S. G. Thombre (Director-Sales & Mktg.) then explained the theme “Together Towards Tomorrow” & in speech he has summarized the journey of Soniofficemate from its inception (2002 to 2017) followed by award presentation to field staff. The best RSM award was won by A. A. Veer (Maharashtra) & Mutharasu (Tamilnadu), followed by series of awards.
Rahul Soni (MD) addressed to all & launched new website, Prakash Soni – Chairman of the company in his concluding address announced the launching of the few new products. Jyoti Khandate, proposed the Vote of thanks Programme concluded with the National Anthem & lunch.
In second session training programme was conducted by the Guest Speaker & trainer Dr. Yasin GM Sheikh (founder director of RAHE) and the topic was “Communication–Most Essential part in Marketing”, it was very lively & enjoyed & appreciated by the everyone. Dr. S. G. Thombre – Director (Sales & Mktg.) made concluding remarks and reminded them of newer achievements.
