The newly appointed President of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) Ashok Chavan will undertake his maiden visit to Nagpur District on March 14.
According to schedule, Chavan will arrive in Nagpur by morning flight. At 1 pm, he will address a meeting and guide the workers at Devadia Bhavan, the office of City Congress Committee. At 3.30 pm, the MPCC President will grace Rajkamal Baburao Tidke College’s Silver Jubilee function ay Mouda in Nagpur District. At the outset, Chavan will unveil the statue of late Vilasrao Deshmukh and later release the book “Krantiswapna” in which the contribution of senior leader late Baburao Tidke in various fields has been mentioned.
After this programme, Chavan will leave for Mumbai.
