Nagpur: A new distribution centre cum consumer service desk of SNDL was inaugurated in Bhagwan Nagar area at the hands of South Nagpur MLA Sudhakar Kohale. The opening of the new centre thus fulfilled the long-standing requirement of consumers of the area. This new office, conveniently located right opposite the SBI ATM of Bhagwan Nagar would be operational immediately to register any consumer complaints and also to accept the requirement of new service connections.

Other dignitaries present on the occasion include former Chairman of NMC’s Standing Committee Ramesh Singare, Gautam Seth, Business Head — SNDL Nagpur. Speaking on the occasion, Kohale recalled incidences which highlighted the importance of consumer satisfaction and its impact on the business of an essential service such as power distribution.

Singare congratulated the entire staff of SNDL for the improvement in consumer services and development of infrastructure in the constituency. Kohale also expressed his satisfaction about infrastructure-related work undertaken recently by SNDL in the DF Area. He also said that looking at the steady growth of electricity demand within the DF Area, the infrastructure has to be established with needs of future.
