Nagpur: In two separate incidents reported under MIDC and Jaripatka police stations, a minor girl and a 36-year-old woman were reportedly molested by some ill intended men.
In first incident, a 14-year-old victim has accused a man, residing in her locality, of misbehaving with her by trying to lure her with money. The accused has been identified as Bablu Ramlal Verma.

Police sources said, Verma repeatedly intercepted the survivor on her way to private coaching between 6.30am and 5pm on Sunday, Dec 7. He showed her money, with ill-intended thoughts, told the 14-year-old survivor to MIDC police.
Following a compliant of the survivor, MIDC police have booked accused Verma under section 354, 354 (D) and sub-section POCSO Act 2012.
In a second incident reported under Jaripatka police station a 36-year-old woman was reportedly molested and thrashed by the members of Dambhare family along with other neighbours, following a brawl between victim’s husband and family of the accused on December 26, 2018.
