Nagpur News: Mikky Baljitsingh Bakshi’s, main accused in Ganesh Mate murder case has been denied bail. Additional Sessions Judge Raghuwanshi dismissed the bail plea. It is worth mentioning that CID during its investigations concluded that Ganesh Mate wasn’t murdered but committed suicide. The accused were previously booked under IPC Section 302 (punishment for Murder) and after the investigations are now booked under IPC 306(Abetment of Suicide). A chargesheet was filed against Mikky Bakshi and others. Mikky then had appealed for bail. After learning that there was solid evidence against Mikky Bakshi, the court denied Bakshi’s bail plea.
