Middle-aged woman, young married woman molested in Panchpaoli and Kalamna areas

Nagpur News: Panchpaoli and Kalamana police registered two cases of molestation on Monday evening on the complaint of a middle-aged woman and a young married woman.

The incidence took place under the jurisdiction of Pachpaoli police station on Sunday night. As per details, the victim had lodged complaint with Pachpaoli police on Sunday against the accused Avtarsingh Marwa, Rakhpal Singh Marwa, both residents of Vaishali Nagar that the accused were not returning her money to her as directed by the Panch Committee. The accused, who were raging with anger against the victim after the police complaint, confronted the 48-year-old victim on Monday and warning to her. The accused then used indecent language for the victim and molested her.

Pachpaoli police registered an offence under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 (b), 294 and 34 of the IPC and booked the accused.

The second case was registered on Monday at Kalamna police station by a young married woman. The police informed that the accused Jagdish Lanjewar, Sagar Chowdhary and their two mates, all residents of Pardi demanded the whereabouts of the victim’s husband. They warned the victim with a sword and threatened to kill her. The accused also used foul language against the victim.

Kalamna police registered an offence under Sections 452, 354, 294, 506 (b), 147, 148, 149 read with sub sections 4+25 of the IPC and 135 of the MPC.
